• Wet food that is easily damaged/spoiled quickly, one should note the service used. For wet food with resistance over 10-12 hours, it is recommended to use SS (Super Speed) service and for food with resistance over 12-24 hours, it is recommended to use YES (Yakin Esok Sampai) service.
• Delivery packaging shall use tightly closed box and it is recommended to use wood packing.
• In case delivery is not packaged in wod packing, SCO Officer shall ask Sender to fill in form of Statement of Insurance and/or Wood Packing Denial
• It is delivered separately and not combined with other deliveries in 1 Connote.
• Tart and such are non-deliverable.

1. Delivery of fragile souvenirs (e.g. mug, glass, display, etc.):
• For delivery in units, ensure the goods are wrapped with bublepack, duct taped and inserted into box/cartons and ensure there is no holes/gaps between good and carton for safety in case of shock and wooden packing is used.
• For delivery in bulk, each pcs must be wrapped with bublepack (non-bundled wrapping), duct taped and inserted into box/carton and ensure there is no holes/gaps between goods and carton for safety in case of whock and wooden packing is used.
• Delivered separately and not bundled with other delivery in 1 Connote.
2. Delivery of picture frame:
• Ensure the glass is put off and have them bubblepacked and duct taped, wrapped with styrofoam and put in wooden packing.
• Delivered separately and not bundled with other delivery in 1 Connote.
• Frame with glass installed cannot be delivered.
3. Delivery of lamp/glass cannot be delivered
4. Plastic bottle and anything using plastic bottle as packaging must be wrapped tightly first using plastic, bubblepacked and it is recommended to use wooden packing. Glass bottle or anything using glass bottle cannot be delivered.
