Responsibilities :

Planing, doing, organizing and evaluating operasional activities outbound, inbond (delivery), pick up also express delivery in Bandung Branch with conditionedachievements level

Ensuring outbound, inbond (delivery), pick up operasionaland express delivery also things delivery safety according to company rules and proceduresMAking montly outbound, inbond (delivery), pick up and express delivery reports in Bandung Branch

Improving (building and motivating) employees/operasional staff in Bandung Branch to maintain and improve work productivity

Ensuring quality and Operation capacity in Bandung Branch for suistainable development

Requirements :

Male/Female

Education Min D3
-
Age Max 35 years old
-
Having experiencein their fiels min 2 years

Having good physical and spiritual
-
Having good team work spirit
-
Having spirit to improve higher workingachievements

Having high initiative
-
Having Good ability to apply Ms. Office and internet

Having good communication ability (up, horizontal & down)
-
Understand main business/operation process in express, courier or logistic companies
-
Able to lead and communicate message/communication with more than 500employees
-
Having endurance with work pressure, directly or indirectly
-
Able to make capacity analysis, impoving efficiency and productivity
