EXECUTION TRAINING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :
- Creating
budgets for functional training budgets for each department, costs and
numbers of participants required training such as planning and budgeting
system Organization
- Scheduling for Periodic training
- Develop training modules and master the techniques of motivation and good presentation
- Can make the basic concept of training as one of the main elements in the process of human resource development
- Design training programs and courses are required
|
Requirements :
- Education min S1/S2
- Experience in related field min 3 (three) years for S1 and min 2 (two) years for S2
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Honest and responsive
- Can communicate well
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Mastering the techniques of motivation and good presentation
- Master the basic concepts of training
- Have the ability as a teacher
- Can work together in teams
